Cream Fabric Sofa
On delivery, the customer reported multiple black stains on their cream fabric sofa. When our technician arrived, they identified around ten marked areas, most likely caused during transport in the delivery truck.
To resolve the issue, the technician carefully treated each stain using a specialist fabric cleaner, working across all affected sections. Every mark was removed to the customer’s satisfaction – another happy Emmiera Group customer.

Collapsed Armrest Support Rebuilt
The customer reported that the support card inside one of the armrests had collapsed into the frame, causing a visible indentation in the fabric.
To fix the issue, our technician removed all four armrest covers and installed new support cards, ensuring each arm was properly reinforced and the fabric surface was smooth again. The repair was completed in a single visit.

Bubbling Lacquer Restored to Perfection
The customer noticed that the lacquered finish on their oak table had started to bubble around the natural wood knots, affecting its smooth appearance.
To resolve the issue, our technician carefully sanded the affected areas, applied a matching oak stain, and finished the surface with a protective matt lacquer. The repair restored the table’s natural beauty and left another happy Emmiera Group customer.
